The first in a series of videos in which we become the first to ride down some of the most iconic peaks in the UK on Swifty Air MK2. Equally at home along urban canal paths, country lanes or the rocky mountain trails. SwiftyAIR can handle all terrain.

SwiftyAIR has been backflipped, front flipped, tail whipped, flaired and 360ed, ridden down mountains and in all weather. The heat-treated T6 aluminium 6061 frameset and steel front forks have proven their strength. Are you up to the challenge?.

Can electric scooters be used in the rain?

Electric scooters can travel up hills, using more power and battery. If you know you will be travelling up hills, have a fully charged scooter or bring your charger and find a charging point.

Electric scooters are made to be used with the motor, not manually. Pushing it will damage the motor, so it is important to fold it up and hold it until you reach your destination.

What is the battery capacity/ life like on electric scooters?

Depending on the brand of electric scooter determines the time in which they last. The best can give up to 80 miles in one full charge, whereas some can do 10 miles, which can still get you pretty far.

How do electric scooters work?

Inside of an electric scooter, there is a small motor which is powered by a battery which you charge. Ensuring the motor is kept in great condition is the best way to prolong the life of your electric scooter.

Can I return my order and how long do I have to do so?

You may be eligible to return your order within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason and get a full refund. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for any further information.

You have 60 days from contacting us that you would like to cancel your order to return the goods, along with your order number. All items must remain in the same condition in which they were received. If no contact is made within 14 days of receipt of your order, we will consider this item as accepted by you, the customer.

Can I return my order past 14 days?

If the item is damaged or faulty you may be eligible for either a full refund or a replacement as long as you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Scooter Street will verify the fault before approving a refundable return and reserves the right to reject returns should no fault be identified.
