The InMotion L8D is a stunning scooter with a brilliant spec. It inherits all the great features from it’s bigger brother, the L8F, the only difference being a lower power battery for those who don’t need the higher speed and run time.
InMotion have taken the time to not only design the L8D to look good visually but they have done this with no cost to quality, the L8D is very safe and durable.
Taillights are installed both sides of the rear wheel to let anyone behind you know that you are slowing down. Front headlights on the handle bar ensure a safe journey in the dark. These front lights also have a huge variety of colour combinations for you to play around with via the dedicated smartphone App.
The L8D’s folding design makes the scooteruch easier to carry and fit in small spaces. InMotion have ensured the folding procedure and design is as convenient as possible with the handles also folding inwards to greatly reduce the max width of the scooter, as well as two small auxiliary on the bottom of the foot plate to wheel the scooter along while folded.
A simple slide switch mode means you not longer have to worry about turning the scooter on or off every use. Now all you need to do it step on the scooter and give it the initial push and the scooter will automatically turn on and you can accelerate.

Can electric scooters be used in the rain?
Most electric scooters come with an IP Rating meaning they are water resistant to some level. They can be used in the rain, but they are not (usually) fully waterproof.
What are the speed limits of electric scooters?
Always check the laws when buying an electric scooter. The average e-scooter reaches speeds of 15.5mph. Some can reach speeds of 100mph, but this is not legal on public roads.
Are electric scooters good for going up hills?
Electric scooters can travel up hills, using more power and battery. If you know you will be travelling up hills, have a fully charged scooter or bring your charger and find a charging point.
Will pushing an electric scooter damage it?
Electric scooters are made to be used with the motor, not manually. Pushing it will damage the motor, so it is important to fold it up and hold it until you reach your destination.
What is the battery capacity/ life like on electric scooters?
Depending on the brand of electric scooter determines the time in which they last. The best can give up to 80 miles in one full charge, whereas some can do 10 miles, which can still get you pretty far.
How do electric scooters work?
Inside of an electric scooter, there is a small motor which is powered by a battery which you charge. Ensuring the motor is kept in great condition is the best way to prolong the life of your electric scooter.
Can I return my order and how long do I have to do so?
You may be eligible to return your order within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason and get a full refund. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for any further information.
You have 60 days from contacting us that you would like to cancel your order to return the goods, along with your order number. All items must remain in the same condition in which they were received. If no contact is made within 14 days of receipt of your order, we will consider this item as accepted by you, the customer.
Can I return my order past 14 days?
If the item is damaged or faulty you may be eligible for either a full refund or a replacement as long as you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Scooter Street will verify the fault before approving a refundable return and reserves the right to reject returns should no fault be identified.

To meet the refund deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your cancellation request using the online form before the 14-day cancellation period has expired.

We will process your refund within 14 days once we have received your returned item(s).
How will you refund me?
The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used when you placed your order unless we are told otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
