The Falcon Serene truly lives up to it’s name thanks to it’s punchy 250w motor powered by the 10Ah rack mounted battery, effortlessly gliding along maintaining a comfortable ‘sit up’ riding stance so you can enjoy the view. Not only does the rear carrier mounted battery offer more power, but also it allows more freedom for us to develop a more standard frame gemoetry – meaning it looks less like an ebike than some others. The low step comfort frame is ideal for ladies or gents and with easy adjusting saddle/handlebar it’ll suit anyone up to approx 6ft. With front & rear alloy V-Brakes providing the stopping power, and Shimano 6 speed working in unison with the 3 modes of power assistance altered with the LED display, the Serene gets you where you need to be, comfortably & efficiently.

Can electric scooters be used in the rain?

Will pushing an electric scooter damage it?
Electric scooters are made to be used with the motor, not manually. Pushing it will damage the motor, so it is important to fold it up and hold it until you reach your destination.
What is the battery capacity/ life like on electric scooters?
Depending on the brand of electric scooter determines the time in which they last. The best can give up to 80 miles in one full charge, whereas some can do 10 miles, which can still get you pretty far.
How do electric scooters work?
Inside of an electric scooter, there is a small motor which is powered by a battery which you charge. Ensuring the motor is kept in great condition is the best way to prolong the life of your electric scooter.
Can I return my order and how long do I have to do so?
You may be eligible to return your order within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason and get a full refund. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for any further information.
You have 60 days from contacting us that you would like to cancel your order to return the goods, along with your order number. All items must remain in the same condition in which they were received. If no contact is made within 14 days of receipt of your order, we will consider this item as accepted by you, the customer.
Can I return my order past 14 days?
If the item is damaged or faulty you may be eligible for either a full refund or a replacement as long as you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Scooter Street will verify the fault before approving a refundable return and reserves the right to reject returns should no fault be identified.

To meet the refund deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your cancellation request using the online form before the 14-day cancellation period has expired.

We will process your refund within 14 days once we have received your returned item(s).
How will you refund me?
The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used when you placed your order unless we are told otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
